There's no campfire needed for this rich and decadent s'mores dip! Warm chocolate ganache is topped with melty, toasted marshmallows and served with graham crackers for dipping.
In a microwave safe bowl, add heavy cream and heat in 30 second increments until hot.
Pour heavy cream over chocolate chips and allow to sit for 2-3 minutes undisturbed. Then, gently stir until chocolate is completely melted.
Pour chocolate into a 9-inch pie pan (or similarly sized shallow oven-safe baking dish). Top with mini marshmallows.
Adjust oven rack to the top third of the oven. Place pie pan in the oven and turn on the broiler. Broil for about 2-3 minutes, or until marshmallows are toasted to your liking (watch your dip and do not walk away, marshmallows can burn quickly).
Remove from oven and serve warm with graham crackers, pretzels, or cookies for dipping.
Notes
Dip can be made ahead, covered, and stored in the refrigerator for up to a week. When ready to serve, uncover and broil as directed in the recipe card.
