Lemon Mint Cooler
Make a refreshing lemon mint cooler this summer. It's sure to hit the spot on a hot day! Fresh squeezed lemon juice, mint, coconut water are topped with club soda for a little fizz.

lemon juice

simple syrup
or honey

mint leaves

lemon round

ounces
coconut water

ounces
club soda
Instructions
In a highball glass add lemon juice, simple syrup, mint leaves, and lemon round. Muddle until aromatic.
Top with ice. Add coconut water and club soda and gently stir.
Serve immediately.
Notes
Sweetener:
Simple syrup can be substituted with any liquid sweetener you prefer. Honey, maple syrup, and agave make great substitutes.
Serve fresh:
Mocktails are best served immediately for fresh flavor.
