Frosé, or frozen rosé, is a fruity, three ingredient slushy cocktail recipe. All you need is a bag of frozen strawberries, wine, ice, and a blender to make this sweet summer drink.
Place all ingredients in a blender. Don't fill your blender more than halfway full - make two batches if needed.
Blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
Notes
Yield: This recipe will make four large drinks (as shown in the photos) or six smaller sized drinks for sharing.
To use fresh strawberries: Clean and slice your strawberries (halves or quarters are fine), then spread in a single layer on a parchment lined baking sheet. Freeze for two hours, then store in a freezer bag until ready to use.
Fruit substitutions: Frozen strawberries can be substituted with frozen peaches, frozen mixed berries, or frozen mangoes.
Wine substitutions: Rosé can be substituted with white wine if desired.
