Fresh Grapefruit Margarita
Freshly squeezed juice combined with tequila and triple sec creates a refreshing and light summertime margarita. Serve in salt rimmed glasses with lime wedges

- 3 ounces grapefruit juice freshly squeezed, about 1/2 a grapefruit
- 1 ounce lime juice freshly squeezed, about 1 lime
- 1 1/2 ounces tequila
- 3/4 ounce triple sec
- 1 teaspoon simple syrup to taste
Optional, if you'd like salt rimmed glasses. Pour a thin layer of kosher salt into a shallow bowl. Run a lime wedge around the rim of your glasses and dip into salt to coat. Set aside.
Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shake until combined. Taste, and add more simple syrup as needed.
Fill glasses with ice. Pour margarita over ice and serve immediately. Garnish with lime or grapefruit wedge as desired.
