If you love cheesy garlic bread, garlic baked brie is the perfect appetizer for your next party. Melty brie cheese is topped with garlic butter and served with crostini or crackers.
Preheat oven to 350℉. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
Unwrap brie cheese and place onto prepared pan. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until center is melted (check with a toothpick). Transfer brie to a serving plate.
Meanwhile, in a skillet over medium heat, melt butter. Add garlic and cook for about 30 seconds, or until garlic begins to lightly brown. Remove from heat.
Pour garlic butter over baked brie and top with salt, pepper, and fresh parsley.
Serve immediately with crackers and/or crostini.
