Chocolate chip cheesecake dip makes the perfect last-minute party appetizer. This creamy, whipped cheesecake dip is filled with mini chocolate chips and tastes great served with graham crackers, fresh fruit, and pretzels!
In a bowl, add softened cream cheese, confectioner's sugar, vanilla extract, and salt. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer, mix until fully combined and smooth. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, add heavy cream. Using a hand mixer or stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip for about 2-3 minutes to medium peaks.
Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture until fully incorporated. Add most of your chocolate chips (reserving a tablespoon or two to use as a garnish) and gently fold to incorporate.
Spread cheesecake dip into a wide, shallow bowl and top with reserved chocolate chips.
Serve immediately with vanilla wafers or graham crackers, or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Serve with: Graham crackers, pretzels, apple slices, strawberries, or vanilla wafer cookies.
