Ingredients
¼
cup
dijon mustard
¼
cup
apple cider vinegar
¼
cup
honey
2
tablespoons
olive oil
optional
½
teaspoon
salt
¼
teaspoon
black pepper
Instructions
In a jar or a bowl, add all ingredients.
Secure lid and shake until ingredients are fully combined. Or whisk until fully combined.
Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Dressing will keep in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator for up to one month.
Original recipe did not include olive oil (I find it adds a more well rounded texture and flavor), and can be omitted if desired.
