Oreo peppermint bark is an easy, no-bake dessert treat to make for the holidays. White chocolate is filled with crushed Oreo cookies and cool vanilla-mint flavor that's spread thin to make a sweet candy bark.
In a microwave safe bowl, add melting wafers. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring each time, until melted and smooth.
Add peppermint extract and stir to fully incorporate. Add crushed oreo cookies and stir to coat (mixture will be thick).
Spread onto a parchment lined baking sheet in a thin, even layer, making a 10-12 inch oval that's about ¼ inch thick. Decorate with sprinkles while candy is still wet.
Transfer baking sheet to refrigerator for 15 minutes to harden. Remove from refrigerator, break into 2-inch squares and serve.
