Apple Cider Vinaigrette
Apple cider vinaigrette is a light and tangy salad dressing that's made with a handful of simple ingredients. It's perfect on just about any salad and can also be used as a marinade.

apple cider vinegar

honey

dijon mustard

Instructions
In a jar or a bowl, add all ingredients.
Secure lid and shake until ingredients are fully combined. Or whisk until fully combined.
Store leftovers in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
Notes
Your homemade vinaigrette dressing will keep for a month or more in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
To make your dressing sweeter, add more honey 1 teaspoon at a time, whisk to combine, and do a taste test.
Honey can be substituted with maple syrup to make this dressing vegan friendly.
