Oven roasted corn on the cob is a fresh and flavorful side dish to add to your next meal. Corn cobs are oven roasted in their husks and coated in a lightly seasoned butter.
Trim excess husks and silk dangling from the ends of the corn cobs and discard.
Place corn cobs, husks on, directly on oven rack and roast for about 30 minutes, or until corn is bright, tender, and plump. Remove from oven and allow to cool down for 5 minutes before handling.
Meanwhile, prepare seasoned butter. Add unsalted butter and seasoning blend to a small bowl and stir to combine. Set aside.
Pull back husks and silk from the cooked corn and discard.
Coat corn cobs with seasoned butter and serve immediately.
