Greek Yogurt Poppy Seed Dressing - tangy and sweet, without all the extra calories. Greek yogurt keeps the calorie count low in this healthy and creamy salad dressing.
In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients until fully combined. If your dressing is too tangy for you, add more honey to taste.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
Notes
For this recipe, I used one single serve container of Dannon Oikos Plain Greek Yogurt, but you are welcome to use whatever brand you prefer. One single serve container is currently about ⅔ of a cup in size. So If you have a bigger container, simply measure out ⅔ of a cup.
*If your dressing tastes too tangy, add more honey to taste.
