Pimento Cheese Spread
Pimento cheese spread is a crowd-pleasing appetizer that's easy to make from scratch. Filled with sharp cheddar, mayonnaise, and diced pimentos, serve this creamy cheese spread with crackers and veggies.

mayonnaise

jarred pimentos
diced

minced onion

teaspoon
hot sauce

teaspoon
garlic powder

Instructions
In a large bowl, add all of your ingredients. Using a hand mixer, stand mixer, or a wooden spoon, beat until evenly combined.
Taste and add more hot sauce, salt, and pepper as desired.
Transfer to a serving dish and serve immediately with crackers and veggies, or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
Notes
Recipe will serve 12 as an appetizer spread, or will make 8 sandwiches.
Spread will keep for up to two weeks in a tightly sealed container in the refrigerator.
