Easy Oven Roasted Potatoes

Ingredients

  • 4 small potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon paprika

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set aside.
  2. Peel and cube potatoes into bite size pieces (about 1" cubes).
  3. In a bowl, combine olive oil, black pepper, salt, garlic powder, and paprika. Add potatoes and toss or stir to coat. Pour potatoes onto parchment lined baking sheet and spread into a single layer.
  4. Roast potatoes in the oven for 30 to 35 minutes, or until potatoes are evenly browned. Flip halfway through with a spatula to ensure even browning.
  5. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
