Today I decided to try out something new – a Greek Yogurt Poppy Seed Dressing. This dressing is tangy and sweet, but without all of the extra calories from mayonnaise, which would typically be used in a dressing recipe. Mine is made with non-fat greek yogurt. This provides extra protein and is low in calories. With this simple substitute, you can feel a lot better about what is topping your salad!
Today’s recipe is one of my favorites and it all happened because of an unfortunate mistake. We’ll get to that fun story in just a minute.
