Today, this Ginger Peach Vodka Slush is on the menu for my Summer Happy Hour series. You only need four ingredients and a blender to make this refreshing and light frozen drink. You will love this recipe because in 30 seconds you can toss your ingredients in and have a finished slushie beverage. The ginger and peach combination makes a fantastic poolside drink for the summer.
I want to share a secret with you. This is my all-time favorite dinner recipe. It’s my indulgent, having-a-bad-day meal that makes it all better. I am a big cheesesteak fan. Whenever we happen upon a new restaurant and they serve cheesesteak, that’s what I’ll order. Since I’ve started making my own, I am often disappointed when we go out. This recipe is simple, uses minimal ingredients, and it turns out amazing every time. You won’t need another recipe once you try my Best Ever Philly Cheesesteak.
This Fresh Grapefruit Margarita marks the second recipe of my Summer Happy Hour drink series. You’ll love this margarita because it is light, refreshing, and so pretty. I love the pale blush color you get from using fresh grapefruit juice. Now that I’ve made my own margaritas from fresh juice, I don’t think I can go back to anything else!
Who loves ice cream? It’s that time of year again in Georgia. The temperature is rising and everyone is stocking their freezers with frozen treats. I fell in love with a particular chocolate peanut butter shell topping several years ago. With the summer heat creeping in, I once again got a hankering for this magical treat. With a little internet research, I found that coconut oil was the “magic” ingredient. So with three ingredients I already had in the cabinet, I could make my own ice cream shell topping? And it only takes 5 minutes? I’m in.
